Financial Assistance
The eligible applicants may also receive financial assistance in the form of a grant or voucher to pay for the child’s expenses like their clothes, food, school supplies, and various medical, legal, and dental services for the entire year.
The grandparent who applies for the voucher or grant needs to provide their annual income details and it should exceed 150% of the FDL (Federal Poverty Limit). The grandparents should also not be receiving any other benefit program like the Kinship Care Program
