Program Overview

The Hawaii Adult Protective and Community Services Branch is administered by the Department of Human Services and the purpose of the program is to assist vulnerable adults in the state of Hawaii.   • The applicant is a permanent citizen of the U.S. or is  a legal alien
  • The applicant must be 60 years of age or older to receive the program benefits
