The Arkansas ConnectCare Program provides assistance to families that are availing the ARKids First and Medicaid by helping them in finding a suitable physician (PCP) and dentist as per their requirements. The ConnectCare Program is administered by the Department of Health in the state of Arkansas.

Toll-Free Telephonic Helpline

Dental Coordination Care Program

The purpose of the Dental Coordination Care Program is to provide the beneficiaries of the ARKids First and the Medicaid program information related to dental benefits. The beneficiaries can call at the telephone services 1-800-322-5580, to get help related to dental care. The specialist of the telephone services helps the beneficiaries in finding out a dentist in their area. The other services provided by the program include, 
to schedule appointment to a dental specialist
to arrange transport to and fro the dentist office
to send out reminder texts and call relating to the appointment
to reschedule canceled or missed appointments
The helpline service for the Dental Coordination Care program is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm every Monday till Friday.

The purpose of this program is to help the Medicaid and ARKids First beneficiaries with the proper and appropriate use of the various health services that are provided b these programs.
