The specialist of the telephone services helps the beneficiaries in finding out a dentist in their area. The other services provided by the program include,

to reschedule canceled or missed appointments
The helpline service for the Dental Coordination Care program is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm every Monday till Friday.
